I wanted to add this section for suggestions as classes can get expensive for families and we can get inventive either outside or at home. A blog will soon be available on this topic as social distancing is in place due to the current Covid-19 pandemic
Some ideas can include:
- making bath time a little longer
- if your baby is on solids, experinment with more textured foods and make meal time a little longer. Get messy!!
- place your young baby under a tree, something simple like this can really meet your babys sensory needs
- go to the beach, put your babys feet in the sand or in the water
- go for a walk, meet up with friends or other mothers
This is just a few suggestions, there are many more ideas we can experiment with which a free.
